The 20 yard is the most common size dumpster. It can hold roughly 10-12 pick up truck loads to give you an idea and it can hold a 4-ton weight limit. This roll off is used for the bigger construction and larger home renovation projects. 40 Yard Dumpster
The 40 yard is the biggest size that we deliver and rent out. This bin is used for any major construction, home, clean out, and demolition projects. The 40 yard is typically rented out for a longer period of time, for example, it can be rented out for the entire home construction project until it is complete. Typical dimensions are 23 feet long x 8 feet wide x 8 feet high. Typical projects that are used for this size are:
